Cub Scouts are all about having adventures and developing new and exciting skills. They are introduced to traditional Scouting skills such as tying knots and using a map and compass and develop their confidence in their outdoor skills by taking part in adventures such as camping, rock climbing, abseiling, bushwalking, canoeing, billy-karting and even flying!
Cub Scouts is designed to teach young individuals valuable life skills that are applicable to their everyday lives. These include leadership, friendship, honesty, integrity, communication and taking responsibility for their own actions.
Cub Scouts are encouraged to talk about what’s important to them and are taught the value of citizenship and how to give back to their local communities.
