Located conveniently at 327 Maryland Drive, Maryland NSW, our hall offers a large, versatile main room with a timber floor, perfect for a wide range of activities. The building is equipped with ramps for easy access and includes accessible toilet facilities.

Our Facilities Include:

• Spacious Main Hall: Large timber floor area suitable for meetings, classes (like yoga, dance, martial arts), workshops, presentations, and group activities
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes an oven, microwave, fridge, and hot water urn (as seen in images) – perfect for preparing light refreshments. (Adjust based on actual equipment.
• Bathroom Facilities: Including separate Male and Female ambulant accessible toilets.
• Tables & Chairs: Available for your use.
• Accessible Building: Ramps provide easy access to the premises.
• Parking: Accessible car park available.

Hire Details:

• Rate: The hall is available at an affordable rate of $35 per hour.
• Example Booking: A 4-hour booking (e.g., 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, allowing time for setup and cleanup) costs $140.
• Deposit: A cleaning/security deposit is required to confirm your booking (details provided in the formal hire agreement). This deposit is refundable, provided the hall is left clean and tidy.]
• Setup & Cleanup: Hirers are responsible for setting up the hall for their needs and for cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. Please factor this time into your booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the hall is not left in a satisfactory condition.
• Insurance: Commercial hirers are required to provide proof of their own public liability insurance.
• Important Conditions:
• Alcohol Free Zone: Strictly NO alcohol is permitted anywhere on the Scout Hall premises (indoors or outdoors).
• No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the hall building or on the premises (indoors or outdoors).
• Respect Neighbours: Please be considerate of our residential neighbours, especially regarding noise levels when arriving, leaving, and during your event.
• Party Restrictions: Please note, we are unable to host 18th or 21st birthday parties.
